Skills Tests Updates – October 2024
We are pleased to inform you of the update to our core skills tests aimed at enhancing their quality and optimizing the candidate experience. These changes will be available starting October 7, 2024.
Here’s an overview of the key improvements:
Accounting & Finance
The Accounting & Finance test series has been updated to incorporate user feedback and align the tests with current industry standards.
- Test content enhancements:
- Difficulty level adjustment: Questions have been modified to better assess the required skills.
- Reduction in total number of questions: The test format has been optimized to a maximum of 35 questions, ensuring a concise yet precise evaluation.
- Integration of new questions: Some assessments have been fully redesigned to include questions aligned with current practices and standards.
- Report improvements:
- Addition of explanatory comments in reports: Detailed explanations are now provided for each response, making it easier to analyze and interpret the results.
Microsoft Office
Recent statistical analyses confirmed the quality of the test items, and we have optimized certain tests to ensure even more accurate evaluation of technical skills.

- Difficulty level adjustment: Questions have been refined to better reflect the technical skills being assessed.
