50+ New Job Roles Added
The reference framework has been expanded with more than 50 new job roles, allowing for more precise and diverse matches between candidates’ skills and available positions.
Refined Competency Models
Several existing models have been fine-tuned to improve match accuracy.
Rollout Schedule
- Deployment Date: Tuesday, March 18
- New Assessments: From this date, all evaluations will include the updated model. Match scores in reports and the Talent Map will reflect these changes automatically.
- Previous Assessments: Results from assessments taken before March 18 will only update if you click the “Update” button in your platform space.
